The health and wellbeing of all our stakeholders, in particular staff, is of critical importance to us. Therefore, certain steps have been taken to ensure the appropriate safety procedures are continuously adhered to, alongside ensuring overall wellbeing is continuously being maintained and improved.
Eurostyle ensures that the risk of selling defective or hazardous products that may result in injury to consumers is successfully managed. This is achieved through only supplying goods that have passed rigorous testing and are deemed safe following compliance testing by the manufacturer. Further to this, we only use plastic packaging that has a clear health warning printed on its exterior.
Employee safety is imperative and of the highest regard in Eurostyle. As we have a large warehouse and manufacturing area on our premises, the risk of injury and accidents are a threat we always have to be mindful of. We strive to ensure our staff work in a safe environment, get proper training and use the correct equipment where necessary. Constant reminders of safety procedures are enforced by regular training and correct signage throughout the factory.
With safety being of the highest importance for our staff, their overall wellbeing is also of significant regard to us. To address this, subsidised fitness classes were one measure taken for employees, taking place weekly in our own warehouse with a qualified personal trainer.
Alongside weekly fitness classes, Eurostyle is also heavily involved in initiatives such as Couch to 5K. To encourage employees to partake, we allow time off from their daily work routines to focus more of their energies on achieving this goal.
